I apologize for my week long absence, but I’m only human, and it is definitely a very “human-ly” trait to procrastinate and have your priorities askew when fun sets in, right?–and I just had loads of fun coming from the island paradise, Boracay.
Honestly, I was really dead-set on working and blogging during my stay. I had every intention! In fact, I even brought my laptop over. But the allure of the powdery white sand, the sun shining radiantly over our heads, and that distinct salty smell from the beach was enough for me to succumb and so I spent my days out in the open, wearing little to cover my modesty, while my laptop spent the entire 6 days holed-up in a carry-on trolley.
It was worth it though! I got to prance around on the beach, get a golden tan, and hold hands with my boyfriend while watching numerous sunsets. Plus, we ate a lot of good food! I mentioned Boracay being a magical place in my last post, and true enough, I was able to make new memories with my boyfriend. Apart from the sunsets we both enjoyed and the numerous jokes we traded, we got around to talking about our future as well.
The thing is, it doesn’t matter where you go really–Europe, Asia, wherever–it’s who you’re with that matters. I got to spend quality time with my boyfriend, as well as my FOSSILs Joanna and Katie, plus my adopted little brother Ice!
To be fair however, to keep my Macbook and iPhone fashionably snug and protected, I had this gorgeous and functional Cote et Ciel diver cases! Perfect for my destination! Not to mention, diving was a hobby I once partook in. I’ve been well-acquainted with this brand from my travels–it’s pretty prevalent in Hong Kong actually. Now, this Parisian brand has finally arrived to the shores of Manila (not quite Boracay) and has a wide range of products–sleeves, pouches, to bags. It is, actually, in fact, more known for its bags (I have one and I will be using it in my upcoming travel)! So much so that it refers to itself as a premier “it” bag brand catered towards the fashion savvy. Lastly, it is from the very team commissioned by Apple to design their products.

Again, my handy luggages–one from American Tourister, and the other, from Ace Bags Pujols Iron collection, both from the Travel Club. I’m not the most organized out of the bunch so I try to keep things at bay with organizers and stuff. I bought a few from Muji and landmark, to help me keep my swimsuits and accessories in order, but thankfully, my Ace Trolley is pretty much foolproof and has its own nifty organizers!
So upon arriving at the airport, we were assaulted by the sight of… Victoria’s Secret. Guess where we went shopping at 6 AM in the morning prior to our flight! Haha!
