If you went to the awesome Bloggers United event last Friday, then it’s safe to assume that you’re someone, a random eccentric person (like moi) would call: “a fashion piranha”–out and about to gather the latest finds. Now that the event is over and done (but more to come, maybe?), I just wanted to take the time (and this post) to thank each and everyone! Cheers to the organizers who managed the entire event impeccably, cheers to the sponsors who made the event possible, cheers to the other participating bloggers and all-around fashion inspiration who made the event lively, cheers to the readers who dropped by to keep everyone company, and lastly, cheers to everyone who helped us find a new home for our old items, all for a good cause at that!
For those who didn’t make it and for those who want to relive last Friday, here are a few photos (I took and gathered):
This was the Gondo Girls Booth. That is my laptop Tricia’s brother Calel, is using.
Gondo Girl Feanne attaching a “surprise” on top of the Gondo Girl booth.
… and Ta-da!
This was taken during the set-up when SUPER DOOPER GONDO MUSE-OF-MY-LIFE and yesterday’s birthday girl Val plus her sister Veronica were still around setting up the booth.
A few Tricia candids while she’s talking to her readers and fans.
Fashion guru Marj Sia gave makeup demos to several customers (myself included). She also sold her beautiful Catwalk Cosmetics palette–and they are still available here if you want to buy (and I recommend it two million times and over, not because she’s my friend but because they are just so gorgeous and if you’re like me and HD eyeshadows are hard to come by then this is it). To aid you further on how amazing this set is, please read my friend Crissey’s review post.
Just so you know, apart from being the one behind the camera, I looked like shit the entire event so hur hur, not much photos of me.
This Photo was taken by Margaret Manabat. Thank you for making me look presentable! Haha!
One of our event sponsors was Chictopia–one of the biggest fashion social networks.
With Kryz Uy, who was still setting up her booth with Raleene (who I forgot to take a photo of–insert sad face–but she totally killed performing).
And she wore the shoes I designed for So Fab! (Thanks to Paul for the Photo)
Feanne performing with Tricia’s brother Chase. Their rendition of “Mickey” was trippy.
With Angel Baroma, thank for the Photo! I look half-decent here!
This photo is from Paul again–an my hair is all over the place. The best thing about the photo is the x-bone necklace I purchased from his OS Accessories line.
I wish I could say I was busy checking the inventory but would you believe I was still doing REAL-LIFE CORPORATE work while Tricia was spacing out next to me and Feanne strumming the guitar?
ACK. HAIR, WHY MUST YOU FAIL ME ALWAYS.
The best HERP DERP face to date. Thanks David Guison for the photo!
Thanks for Cey Sevilla for this set! <3
Obligatory Photobooth Sets!
And photobooth photos:
Not that it made much of a difference…
With scene-stealer Camz Co.
Siblings, Domz, and Calel’s “friend.”
Trying out Marj’s bangs. It’s COCONAT AND PEANAT. Where are you, CHOCNAT.
I don’t even know what this is.
